“As a church, we wish to take our share in fulfilling the purposes of God in His world. This means for us a joyful commitment of our time and money to our local community and its needs, especially its needs of the Gospel. It also means a commitment to a needy world through cross-cultural mission work which we intend to discharge by prayer, gifts and sending of our people.”
This also involves looking beyond our local environment to the global community with its vast need. We strive to serve the greater world through cross-cultural mission work which means our engagement in prayer, the sending of gifts and of people.
Summer away trip:
For two years a group from the YF & YC went to Spain for a time of relaxation and learning more about God. Next year we are planning a trip to Spain & North Africa.
